WE ARE… Mobile - providing agile, accessible, flexible training tools and methods anyplace, anytime Team – bringing out individual talents and strengths to form high-performance, powerful groups that benefit organizations and communities Challenge – finding solutions to difficult problems and inspiring high-impact strategies for achieving formidable goals
OUR STORY & COMMITMENT In 1996, Cheri and Carolyn co-authored the MTC Low Ropes Course Facilitators Manual and launched MTC training and consulting services. As demand for MTC equipment and training grew, so did the need for increasingly sophisticated approaches to training and facilitation. In response, they integrated Appreciative Inquiry into MTC facilitator training in 1999 making it the first Appreciative Facilitator training program in the country. 2002 brought expansion into the European market culminating in the formation of MTC, Ltd, located in the United Kingdom. Since its inception, the Mobile Team Challenge system has been developed, refined and expanded so that it now encompasses a wide range of elements that, together, create a unique training system unrivalled for stimulating long-term positive change in behavior and attitudes. It is now used by hundreds of organizations, including; Novant Health, FedEx, Siemens, General Motors, the US Armed Forces, the Royal Air Force and Save the Children as well as numerous schools, colleges, universities, community organizations, YMCA's, justice programs, non-profit agencies and other organizations. The MTC system constitutes a proven and powerful way to effect change safely, quickly and enjoyably with individuals from 8 to 80 years of age, in any location and in any climate. It is our mission to facilitate positive and lasting differences for individuals and organizations around the world and we invite you to join us! Our Commitment To You

In March 2001, it became apparent to Steve that MTC had developed a very powerful and unique system and that we shared the vision and values he had integrated into his European-based businesses. As an experienced professional in the field, he believed MTC possessed the potential to revolutionize the field of experiential learning and exert a positive impact in the lives of millions of people around the globe. He acted on his strong belief in the potential of the MTC system and, in 2002, established Mobile Team Challenge Ltd, which now acts as the exclusive sales and marketing arm for Mobile Team Challenge outside the Western Hemisphere. Steve lives in Bournemouth on the south coast of England with wife Lucy, son Charlie, stepson Nathan and new baby daughter, Ella. After surviving two near death experiences when he was a child, Steve was left with a strong belief that he is on the planet to make a difference. He goes about his mission through the work of the businesses he creates. His personal motto has been borrowed from Helen Keller who once said: “Life is a daring adventure or it is nothing at all.” Contact Steve at steve@mobileteamchallenge.com Here’s what folks say about Steve:
